  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (6 hours)
    • Types of PPE: Helmets, gloves, respirators, safety boots.
    • Selection and maintenance of PPE.
  • Safe Work Practices (8 hours)
    • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
    • Safe handling of tools and machinery.
  • Lab: Practicing LOTO and PPE usage (6 hours).

    • First aid basics for industrial accidents.
